... never start to stop, never stop starting ...
In UMM, at UMM and around UMM
I completed my training as a nurse at the UMM back in 1985, after which I worked for a very long time in internal and surgical intensive nursing medicine.
At the same time, I worked part-time as an alternative practitioner and medical product consultant in Mannheim and Neustadt an der Weinstraße.
After studying to become a specialist in social and health care, I worked in various departments at UMM and held coordination positions in the Federal Volunteer Service and the Central Practice Management.
Since July 1, 2020, I have been Head of the Conservative Department.
Lifelong learning
My motto: "Never stop, never start" has accompanied me throughout my professional life. I stand for lifelong learning and am open and flexible to change. I am happy to take on any kind of challenge and take responsibility for others. When working together, my top priorities are appreciation and respect, acting in accordance with the mission statement "We are ALL the UMM" and a solution-oriented approach at eye level with all professional groups.
It is very important to me to have an open ear for all employees and colleagues. What's more, sometimes it takes courage to change your mind.
