KIZ Trainee Program
Trainee Program KIZ
Your entry into pediatrics
Have you recently successfully completed your general nursing training and would like to start working in pediatric nursing? You can join the KIZ trainee program at any time.
The prerequisite is successful completion of general nursing training - specialization in paediatrics is not a must.
The one-year trainee program consists of four pillars that will expand your nursing expertise:
1. theory days:
Once a month, we offer exciting theory days that deal with changing topics from pediatrics and your professional field. Here you will deepen your knowledge and always stay up to date.
2. professional supervision:
You will be supervised by experienced professionals and practical instructors who will support you with their specialist knowledge and help you to develop and consolidate your practical skills.
3. network meetings:
Regular meetings with other trainees allow you to exchange experiences and ideas. This creates a valuable network that will accompany you beyond the trainee program. Together we will attend a specialist day focusing on pediatrics to show you new perspectives and innovative ideas. At the end, you will receive a certificate for your successful participation in the trainee program.
4. accompanying research:
As a trainee, you have the opportunity to take part in the accompanying research of the program. In this way, you not only contribute to the further development of the program, but also gain insights into the topic of scientific work in nursing.
You can join our trainee program at any time. Take this opportunity to advance your career in pediatric nursing and become part of our dedicated team at the UMM Children's Center.
We look forward to accompanying you on your journey!
