UMM never to stand still
An important mission and one of the main goals we have set ourselves at the UMM is the training and further education of our employees. Under the heading "Lifelong learning", we accompany our employees through their day-to-day work. Everyone decides for themselves how and in what form they want to develop further.
We support everyone in finding their own path. The opportunity for personal development at the UMM can be summarized in four directions:
- Nursing expertise
- nursing education
- nursing management
- Nursing science
The professional orientation and the need for further and advanced training are jointly determined in the employee interview. Personal development with the orientation towards a professional focus can be a long process, which is accompanied by the UMM and can be very well supported by the diversity of the UMM.
Trying out different specialist areas or areas of focus is just as much a part of this as the immediate decision to have found your specialist focus.
Every year, the UMM supports employees in completing a course of study according to defined selection criteria. Support is also provided for nursing science studies.
In-service training and further education courses are offered at our academy.
The costs of further training are covered by the UMM.
