GERIATRIC NURSING

Maintaining independence and quality of life

The most important thing in old age is to maintain independence and quality of life and to avoid complications and the need for Nursing. Due to multimorbidity (multiple illnesses) and complications, geriatric patients often require acute medical treatment or monitoring and simultaneous rehabilitative treatment.

The aim of activating geriatric nursing is to restore, improve or maintain independence in everyday activities. In line with the motto "support through challenge without overburdening", our geriatric nursing team helps to strengthen existing abilities and restore lost functions as far as possible.
