Teaching and learning content hour quotas
THEORY: Basic modules
Total 170 hours
The basic modules provide fundamental content for the areas of intensive nursing, IMC and emergency nursing as well as for nursing in anesthesia. They address fundamental nursing-relevant topics from the related sciences that are independent of the area of application. The basic modules of the further training are fully credited.

PRAXIS: Use on the ward
Total 1,550 hours
The practical training comprises 1,550 hours. Of these, 252 hours are credited from an in-depth assignment of the generalist nursing training, which takes place in an intensive nursing unit. All other practical assignments from further training are carried out in accordance with the WVO nursing professions.
