Our team consists of 25 employees. These include OTAs, nurses, specialist nurses, department heads, practice supervisors and nursing assistants. We staff a total of 9 operating theaters in DC OP Cluster 1.

Head of department
Marika Kockot: As head of department, it is important to me to work together with the entire team to ensure the best possible nursing for the patients entrusted to us and to always keep an eye on new approaches and possibilities.
Head of ENT Surgery
Melina Wickenhauser: The perioperative nursing of patients is our top priority! Good cooperation, from organization and communication to intraoperative assistance, is very important to me.

Simone Brosch: Team spirit is my top priority and supporting each other is important to me.

Miriam Weber: It is important to me to organize the training and induction together. You learn from each other and you learn with each other.
