OP nursing staff unit

My name is Jörgen Lund Thomsen. After more than 30 years with the company, I still feel very connected to the UMM.

Since my first day, I have appreciated the collegial and friendly atmosphere at UMM. There is a balanced working atmosphere and very nice colleagues who are happy to pass on their knowledge and experience.

Changing requirements always offer me new challenges and the opportunity to work independently. My area of responsibility in the OP staff unit is varied and versatile.

I coordinate the following employee-related administrative tasks in my role as a member of staff in the OP department:

• Duty roster management DC-OP
• Management of the OP staff pool
• Monitoring various performance characteristics
• Advisory activities for department management, divisional and specialist management
• Interface between the Academy (OTA / ATA training) and the DC OR

In the staff unit, I contribute indirectly within the organizational unit DC-OP to the solution of assigned tasks.
