We work in the fields of gastroenterology & infectiology.

Our patients: Our work is characterized by an interesting mix of young and older patients with different backgrounds and biographies. We treat complex internal medicine cases in the field of gastroenterology, such as liver cirrhosis, pancreatitis and various oncological diseases. Treatment of HIV, tuberculosis and Covid-19 are our focus in the infectiology section.

We, the team on ward 11-2, work around the clock in a three-shift system to ensure the nursing and support of our patients. Our team consists of registered nurses, nursing assistants, nursing assistants, a ward secretary and generalist trainees.
