The work on our ward is primarily characterized by its wealth of variety due to the different specialist disciplines.

We are an interdisciplinary ward with the specialties of cardiology, pulmonology, gastroenterology and nephrology. We look after 27 patients on our ward and have successfully implemented departmental nursing. Trainees work in tandem with qualified nursing staff. The trainees and nursing staff benefit equally from this. Our department has almost exclusively three-year registered nursing staff.

The staff form a highly motivated, competent and well-coordinated team. Many of our colleagues have additional qualifications in the areas of practical instruction, hygiene and much more. We support trainees in healthcare and nursing as well as those starting their careers in close cooperation with the academy and practice supervisors. Our individual induction concept for cardiology, pulmonology, nephrology and gastroenterology helps with this. Experienced employees are also very welcome here.
