OUT OF THE ROUTINE AND INTO THE POOL!

The IntensivPflegePool (IPP) and the Pflegepool (PP) of the UMM offer the opportunity to combine family, leisure, study and work.

The advantage for employees is obvious. Each employee can submit their own specific duty roster before the roster is created. The roster is written 3 months in advance according to the employee's ideas and specifications. The employee's specifications are binding for the duty planner. However, the place of work can change from day to day.

INTENSIVE POOL

Members of the Intensive Care Pool (IPP) work flexibly on the wards of the OR | Intensive Care | Emergency department. In this responsible role, nursing staff can acquire many new skills and develop their professional expertise.

CARE POOL

The nursing pool team works flexibly on the wards of the departments of Operative Medicine, Conservative Medicine and Children | Women. Reliable duty planning makes it particularly easy to combine family and career.
