INTENSIVE POOL
They are deployed in the OP, intensive care and emergency medicine departments.
Whether in the anesthesiology or internal medicine intensive care unit, the surgical IMC, in anesthesia or in the OP, every area benefits from the compensation provided by IPP employees in the event of short-term staff absences due to illness.
To ensure that our employees can be deployed in all areas, they are trained in each area. The individual induction period is up to 3 months, depending on experience. Only once you have completed your induction will you be gradually deployed in all areas. The IntensiveCarePool is used to compensate for short-term absences, which is why the location is often planned at short notice.
In the case of early shift or weekend duty, the location is agreed the day before. In the course of the morning, the employee is assigned a location for the late shift or night shift.
Each employee is assigned to a base station. If no assignment is currently required or the employee does not know the assignment location, he or she starts work in the area of the main ward.
Working at the IPP requires a broad range of specialist knowledge and offers every employee the opportunity to develop professionally and acquire new knowledge. Further and advanced training courses are held regularly in all areas, which IPP employees can attend at any time.
