Carmen Baumgärtner

Hello, my name is Carmen Baumgärtner. Since February 2020 I have been working in the team of the central practice guidance of the UMM and am mainly responsible for the 3rd medicine department of oncology/hematology, where I worked as a nurse and decentralized practice instructor from 1993 until my change.

I contribute to the professional organization of training through systematic, nursing process-oriented and method-guided instructions. I accompany the trainees on their way step by step to fulfill their professional tasks by adapting their level of knowledge and nursing goals 'to lead them to a successful professional qualification and to welcome them as new colleagues.
