ZPA SUPPORT
Conservative departments
Hello, I am Helga Schulze-Schmidt. I am a specialist nurse for intensive nursing and anesthesia nursing, a practice instructor and a part-time alternative practitioner for psychotherapy.
Even after more than 30 years in the job, I still love my profession as a nurse, where I can work for the well-being of patients. And I love supporting and empowering people so that they can discover, use and develop their potential. This allows trainees to grow in the professional and personal skills that they will need in their work as (future) nurses.
It is very important to me to accompany and support the trainees in their learning process in an empathetic and appreciative manner so that the theory-practice transfer is successful and they learn to care for the patients entrusted to them in a respectful and competent manner.
I am also very happy to be a contact person for personal challenges such as coping with stress, dealing with change and difficult situations. It is not always easy to deal with other people, constantly changing situations, learning topics and examinations in training and in life. I know from my own experience that it is helpful and legitimate to seek support in this area too.
