ZPA SUPPORT
Pediatric clinic
Soon after completing my training, I decided to work in the pediatric intensive nursing unit, which captivated me for many years with its wide range of neonatal and pediatric patients.
From small premature babies to patients in young adulthood, I was able to gain a great deal of knowledge in many areas. I always enjoyed working with students and new employees, supporting and motivating them.
I then completed further training to become a practice supervisor and have been part of the ZPA team since November 2021.
It is important to me to awaken the trainee's passion for theoretical learning, as I know from my professional experience how important theory is in order to be able to work well in practice. When working together on the ward, I attach great importance to providing assistance, but above all to promoting independence in practice. It is important to me that there is still a relaxed atmosphere in the instruction situations.
