Julia Söll

Hello, my name is Julia Söll. I have been working in the UMM's Central Practice Guidance team since February 2020.

Together with the ZPA team, I supervise the trainees in the Operations Department. I really enjoy supporting young people in learning skills, teaching nursing activities, practicing, assessing and evaluating them. I

would like to accompany the young colleagues on their way to becoming specialists, strengthen their self-confidence and see them grow in the course of their training. My aim is to optimally integrate the theory-practice transfer and prepare the trainees for their future work in the best possible way.

I look forward to welcoming many new and motivated junior nurses to the UMM!
