The nursing profession and the associated practical nursing training is extremely diverse and comprehensive. I see an important task in linking nursing science and nursing education to help trainees find their way in a constantly changing healthcare system.

As a nurse developer for practical education, my goal is to innovate learning in nursing practice by utilizing informal learning and complementing it with grounded concepts.
I look forward to bringing my experience and passion to education and contributing to the professional and personal development of future nurses.
