My field of activity in central practice management is in the conservative area with a focus on cardiology/angiology. For me, practice guidance means modern, professional coaching. The focus is on self-directed learning and a high degree of personal initiative.

I want to build up an appreciative relationship of trust with the trainees and give them the feeling that they are improving through coaching. Together with the trainees, I want to identify their learning needs through detailed reflection and transform them into positive feedback and creativity.

It is important to me to give the trainees a comprehensive overall picture of the nursing process and to give them impulses through exemplary guidance so that they can develop their own ideas and expand their skills.
