For me, change is active movement, something positive, even if it sometimes feels negative at first. Since you can move in different ways, such as dancing, jumping, running, relaxed walking, driving, flying, ... you always have a choice as to how you bring about the change or follow it.
Reflectively, change means constant learning and sharing experiences you have had or heard in order to improve something or look at it from a different perspective.
In my professional work as a central practical instructor at the UMM, I can implement this well in my everyday life in our interprofessional team. I really enjoy coaching people of all ages on their way to their goal according to the latest nursing science findings in practice. So that they are gradually introduced to the independent performance of their professional tasks or desired goals.
