Tanja Pappon

My name is Tanja Pappon. I have been working here at the UMM in the ZPA since April 2020.

For me, good practical guidance is much more than just showing the trainee something. For me, good practical guidance means preparing the trainee for the demands of everyday life on the ward, showing them where their strengths and weaknesses lie and what they can still improve. As a PA, you can play a big part in whether the trainee looks back on their time on the ward positively or negatively.
