Timm Henrich

I am Timm, and for me practical guidance means seeing and developing the potential in other people and taking away their fears of situations or pressure.

My goal is to teach nursing standards and to guide them with heart, humor and common sense. I like to explain the content of the training sometimes in a very unconventional way to make it easier to understand.

Nursing and its standards are well thought out, but sometimes it also requires a certain talent for improvisation to cope with professional tasks in critical situations. I teach and develop skills and strategies with trainees on what to do when the actual plan threatens to fail.
