"Out of the routine, into the pool"

When I graduated as a healthcare and nursing professional in 2012, I knew I wanted to improve processes, increase the quality of patient nursing and continue to develop personally. That's why I decided to study nursing management alongside my work in haematology/oncology in 2015.

In March 2020, I gladly accepted the offer from the nursing management team to head the nursing pool as part of the shortage management program.

The nursing pool compensates for acute staff shortages in the areas of surgery, conservative medicine, gynaecology and paediatrics. The offer of flexible duty planning enables employees to combine family and career. Promoting further development within the team is very important to me.

I want to work hand in hand towards the goal, which is why good and open communication is my priority. Only what is addressed can be changed.
