My own life is characterized by change.
Looking back, every step I have taken, whether forward or sometimes backward, has resulted in something positive.
Things have often turned out differently than previously thought.
But the fears I sometimes had about big changes have never come true.
This allows me to shape change in a playful and optimistic way.
My motivation is to develop care in a positive and modern way.

Because "change is constant".
